Why I Love 3×5 Cards
Tuesday, October 9th, 20073×5 cards are the perfect tool for organizing thoughts.
I have a Blackberry, wireless internet access, a notebook and more organizational tools but the 3×5s beat them all out.
Part of it is because they are so portable - they easily fit into your pocket. And part of it is that they can be placed in front of you and moved around like playing cards.
I post 3×5 cards to the cork board on my office wall for reminders and to see what projects I’m working on at a glance. I also use them for keeping notes at client meetings. And to write up ideas for new websites (like this one!).
